  Effective Date: January 23, 2026 These Terms of Use, also referred to as the  End User License Agreement ("EULA") , govern your use of the  Stimer  mobile application (the  "App" ) provided by Stimer (the  "Service Provider" , "we", "us").   Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy applies to the  Stimer  app (hereby referred to as the  "Application" ) for mobile devices, created by the  Service Provider  as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use  “AS IS.” Information Collection and Use The Application collects certain information when you download and use it. This may include: Your device’s Internet Protocol address (IP address) Screens and pages you visit inside the Application Time and date of your visits Time spent within the Application Device operating system and version App usage events, diagnostics, crash logs, and performance data The Application  does not  collect precise or real-time location data.
